The hotel's modern aesthetic and prime location made exploring Reykjavik a breeze. Although the room was cozy, the lack of certain amenities was noticeable. However, the staff's exceptional service and the delicious breakfast more than made up for it. Perfect for a convenient city stay.

The late room readiness and taxi confusion were concerning, but the property itself was excellent. The staff was helpful, breakfast delicious, and amenities impressive. A few minor improvements could make this a perfect retreat for landscape photographers like me.

The rooms were practical and neat, had hair dryers, toiletries and bath robes. There was plenty of amazing options for buffet breakfast. Friendly check-in was good, just what we needed. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to Sundhollin Public Baths.

The whole experience was really nice! We liked the hotel, it was quaint and fairly clean. It had very central location close to a Lutheran parish church.

I was met by accommodating and welcoming staff at the lobby. The setting was ideal, really close to all the shops and restaurants and the airport bus and tour buses pick up and drop off and tour buses pick up.

Wow, stayed at a hotel the main shopping street. Loved the mfortable bed and the excellent shower. However, the coffee was very ordinary. Staff was superhelpful! 😊

I would return there, loved the hotel. This venue is pretty standard and clean, has helpful staff and unbeatable location down the street. Good meal and excellent service. It also has free internet and easy to access parking.

It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making all the arrangements for dining and tours. The service and attentiveness of the staff really stood out during my stay. The hotel also had great amenities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, and beauty treatments. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also appreciated.

Despite minor noise and blackout curtain issues, the trendy hotel's amenities, including a shared balcony with stunning views, and well-maintained gym and sauna, ensured a comfortable stay. I loved the hotel's fantastic location in a lively pedestrian zone with great restaurants nearby. The view from the terrace on the top floor was stunning. Although the beds were uncomfortable, and the soundproofing on the top floor was poor, the warm room and ample bathroom amenities were a plus. The staff could have been friendlier, but the sauna, hot tub, and delicious breakfast buffet made up for it. Overall, a smart hotel with good facilities.

The leisure facilities and fitness centre were top notch with a sauna and jacuzzi.
